Training and development
We are committed to the continuous training and development of our people to meet our challenging business needs and to help you to realise your full potential. Given the size and scope of the NI Civil Service, the prospects for your long-term professional career are excellent.
The majority of NI Fast Stream positions will be based in the Greater Belfast area although you are expected to be mobile and work wherever your Department needs you. Throughout your career in the NI Civil Service you may be required to work in various departments and locations.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll need to have or be predicted at least a 2:2 degree by 2014, along with a strong interest in working in Northern Ireland to make a positive contribution to both its present and its future. And of course, you’ll need to demonstrate the key competencies we expect from all our Fast Streamers.
