Two months on the Summer Diversity Internship Programme could change your life. Aimed at black and ethnic minority and, now, widening participation for those from under-represented socio-economic backgrounds, the programme is designed to help you develop your skills and career prospects and to give you a taste of the wide-ranging opportunities the Civil Service Fast Stream can offer.
By the end of your programme, you should be able to make a well-informed decision about whether the Fast Stream is really for you and about whether you have what it takes to work in Civil Service making a difference to people’s lives.
