Looking back, my experiences at the e-tray exercise and at the assessment centre were considerably more enjoyable than anticipated. The trick, I think, to the e-tray exercise is to first skim all of the documents provided during the given reading time, before reading any in detail. There tend to be more documents provided than time in which to read them, so it is a good idea to at least have a sense of the sources and content available. ...Read More
